HR & Admin Supervisor 人事行政主管

Job Description 职位描述:

  • Manage HR program and process to meet the needs and requirements of the company business development
  • Manage employee obtainment, leave, labor contract and archive
  • Draft and update HR & Admin related regulations and policies
  • Work with Finance Department to manage Payroll and IIT operation process
  • Work with HR service company to manage employee social insurance, supplemental medical insurance
  • Manage performance review process and make analysis report to the GM
  • Assist the GM to build corporate culture, build up communication channel with staff, coordinate the communication channels between employees and management
  • Manage recruitment process and channels, complete company recruitment needs
  • Office Administration

Other Requirements 其他要求:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • More than 3 years’ experience in HR and Admin;
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent English communication in both written and spoken;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
